Conditions of Use

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr65", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkr65 platform and its operating entity licensed under an international gaming licence framework.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pkr65 platform or accesses any part of the pkr65 website at pkr65.bet.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the pkr65 platform.
• "Platform" means the pkr65 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at pkr65.bet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account as part of a pkr65 promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposits made by the Player via supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, or over-the-counter cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed on the pkr65 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to the pkr65 platform is restricted or blocked as determined by applicable law or the terms of the pkr65 operating licence.

By accessing the pkr65 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the pkr65 platform, including use via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any progressive web application version of the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the pkr65 platform.

pkr65 reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms following any material update. Failure to re-confirm when prompted may result in restricted access to certain platform features until confirmation is completed.

To register and maintain an active pkr65 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not subject to exception under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the pkr65 platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee of pkr65 or any of its affiliated entities, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that covers the pkr65 platform or online gambling generally.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Submission of false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pkr65 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices — is strictly prohibited. pkr65 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their pkr65 account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr65 will never request your password via any communication channel.

You must notify pkr65 immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkr65 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

pkr65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account where:

• The account holder is found to have provided false registration information;
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8 is identified;
• The account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received in respect of the account holder;
• Continued operation of the account would violate applicable law or the conditions of the pkr65 operating licence.

pkr65 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by pkr65; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside pkr65's control.

Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and over-the-counter cash at designated locations. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to the pkr65 wallet within 60 seconds for mobile wallet methods.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on the same account, or to a bank account registered in the Player's verified name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method;
• Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are processed within one business day under standard conditions; processing during Pakistani public holidays may take longer;
• pkr65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of its AML compliance obligations.

pkr65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant offer page, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

General conditions applicable to all pkr65 bonuses unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise;
• pkr65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or structured betting patterns designed to reduce wagering risk while satisfying requirements — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited and the account being reviewed for suspension;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified on the offer page. Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified period will expire automatically.

All bets placed on the pkr65 sportsbook — including cricket markets covering PSL, PCB internationals, and domestic tournaments — are subject to the specific sport rules published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

The following general betting rules apply across the pkr65 sportsbook:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr65 will only void a bet where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a manifest error in the displayed odds is identified;

• pkr65 reserves the right to limit or restrict bet placement on specific markets at its sole discretion, including for accounts identified as displaying patterns consistent with professional betting or odds arbitrage.

Casino games available on the pkr65 platform, including Playtech Live dealer tables, video slots, and RNG table games, are operated using certified random number generators or live dealer systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for individual games are published within the game information section of each title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr65 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the pkr65 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a pkr65 account;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to fix the outcome of a bet or manipulate a game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through structured account creation, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering patterns;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the pkr65 platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary data from the pkr65 platform including odds feeds, game logic, or user data.

All content published on the pkr65 platform — including but not limited to the pkr65 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data compilations, odds presentations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr65 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr65 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any pkr65 content without prior written consent;
• Use the pkr65 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context;
• Frame or mirror the pkr65 website on any other domain or platform;
• Use pkr65 content for any data mining, aggregation, or commercial research purposes.

Any unauthorised use of pkr65 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr65 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to access the pkr65 platform;
• Losses arising from telecommunications, internet, or power failures outside pkr65's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution;
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit pkr65's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkr65's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's verified pkr65 account at the time the claim arose.

pkr65 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, and pkr65 actively works to prevent underage gambling and to support Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkr65 Players via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.

The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the pkr65 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you must cease using the pkr65 platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure before the revised Terms come into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr65 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to the Player.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to submit a formal complaint to the pkr65 support team. pkr65 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Many disputes can be resolved efficiently through this process without recourse to formal legal action.
